3M Di-Noc Carbon Fibre Vinyl
Wanted to get some interior peices wrapped in CF but it turned out to be really expensive and besides saving 0.5lbs there was no real reason to do it, and I don't like the GM Carbon Fiber interior trim kit, so option #3 was 3M Di-Noc Carbon Fibre Vinyl, took the peices out and brought them to a guy that wraps stuff proffesionally and this is how it turned out I am

Sorry about the shitty pics, I'll try to get some better ones when I find my camera. I may end up getting the A and C pillars wrapped but I don't know how big of a bitch it would be to pull all 4 out.
So you guys know this isn't some cheap shitty carbon fibre wrap like can be found on e-bay this stuff is actually very durable and it is textured, it really does look a lot like dry carbon fibre. Guys have even wrapped hoods and bumpers and trunks and roofs with it and it actually holds up very well to UV and rock chips. Check out this STi

$125 w/ materials and tax included + he gave me a warranty that if it ever peels up he would fix it so I think that was a pretty good deal
Yah the more I look at it the more I think I should do it too. The silver panels on the doors are easy to remove what about the two little guys on the steering wheel is there a trick (or a how-to) to get those off.
Carbon Fibre is honestly addictive though the more you have the more you want lol. Before I could careless about a CF hood and CF wingblade for the spoiler but now I really want those

I did my whole dash with that stuff. The top didnt turn out to well. Its easy to work with on mostly flat items but the bubble on the dash was hard to get it to wrap around. I left the bottom dash done. I did the door trim and i also did the inner parts of my bumpers in the fender wells with it.

Super easy. Open the glove box and start poping off the piece on the pass side start your way from the left and work towards the right it's just held in with trim clips. Then on the drivers side remove the panel under the steering wheel were your knees are that's held in with trim clips, then remove the ones on the left and right of steering wheel and then the bezzel around the radio is also held in with trim clips. It shouldn't take more than 5 mintues and there are no screws to remove.

looks sweet!
To get it to form right around the pieces are you suppose to use a heat gun or hair dryer?
