I don't know what to vote for? I've had the speedo past 160, but I doubt it was quite at 170. I estimate it was around 165... OH WELL!!! ROUND UP

I was on a 2 lane highway in the middle of nowhere, so I couldn't hide. And my low fuel light was on too. :-(

 

yeah just didnt have the hp to make it past 120.... damn

i voted 140 mph on all stock ss/sc. than i used the engine retard to slow me down on highway 3 a.m. in morning on a sunday going into monday. NOBODY on the road. with highbeams on of course. or should i say closed road? maybe that will make a difference lol. i don't know any closed roads that are perfect condition for driving on let alone 100+. sorry impossible

 

i went 157 around there almost 160 but bone stock the car actually felt like it would keep going but it was picking up slower

he must have had itty bitty tires on, thats his only chance of "going 162ish"

 

I haven't tried to top out the mustang. I have had it up to 145+ (speedo tops out at 145). I read somewhere that they can only go 155mph.......if you felt how easily it soars up to 145 I would doubt it just runs out of steam magically.

My GTO I had near 180mph, I think it was actually in the 170s.

Maybe I haven't learned my lesson as much as I thought.


On a side note, my oil filter got a hole in it and I discovered a major leak yesterday and took it in to the dealer. Let's hope there was no damage from having low oil.
