I have decided to get my car tuned on e85 on the 26th at ZZP. I currently have there canned pcm tune and am hoping this tune will wake the car up a bit more. I have a k&n sri, zzp intercooler, zzp upper charge pipe, zzp 200 cat downpipe, muffler delete, Powell stage 2 mounts (no added hp). I also am getting the intake camshaft with upgraded fuel lobe. What whp and torque do you think I am at now and what do you expect me to be at after my e85 tune? Real experienced guesses please.

It might make like 235hp and 167tq maybe...
Or possibly
Before 290-310
After 340-400

Weren't you selling your big turbo and a bunch of other stuff because you needed a clutch? Now you're spending that money on more power.. lol, hope the clutch lasts.
Good luck with the numbers.

What difference will I gain going from 93 to e85? Will it be noticeable? I have read up on it more and seems like it's hard to start during the winter. I live in ohio which has pretty cold winters

Have them tune it for e47, takes a little longer at the pump (5gals e85, 5gals 93) and you'll get about the exact same timing advance. And yes you'll notice a difference between 93 and e47/85

What's gonna be the big difference between e85 and e47? I feel like it would be a pain in the ass to make e47 rather then full e85

You'll get better mileage out of e47 and you won't be maxing your injector window. And its actually pretty easy, I just put 5gals of 91 (here in CO its like your 93) then check the fluids, walk back to the pump and put 5gals of e85 in. Total time 10mins, been at it for about a month now I get around 22-24mpg vs the 27-28mpg I was getting with 91. I'm sure if I spent some more time on the tune I could bump it to 26-27mpg on e47 just due to the timing advance and being more efficient

It takes me 5mins tops. E85/93 are at the same pump. Swipe card, 4gal/93, hang up, swipe card, 4gal/e85, hang up, drive off. Now if the E85 was at a different pump it would obviously take longer.
I get about 25-26mpg with a good mix of both highway and city.
E47 is my favorite mod I've done so far
