I've always thought it was pretty cool to do this, and ive watched a few videos on it on Youtube. and i Stayed at a holiday inn express last night...

Anyone ever done it? if so i wanted to know what Welder you recommend buying, im planning to attemp to fix my bumper as it is junk now anyways, so i figure i might as well try to learn on it.

try coppertop-01 I think he is on ontario cobalt clubs or redline forums or on the saturn3 forums. I watched him weld an sc saturn coupe bumper to a wagon front...or fender or something it was amazing

I messed around with a plastic welder once, it was fun, my dad had his RV bumper plastic welded back together, seamless.

and ya Coppertop knows his **** for sure!
