I smoked in my car, didnt even have the car off the lot and the smoke was sparked. It's not like i'm driving a $90 000.00 porche or something (but my boss owns three and smokes in them all)

But at least once a week i would get a bottle of ozone spray, which is a mixture of chemcials we use in the rooms at the hotel if they have been smoked in (100% no smoking hotel) the stuff literally attacks smells. I cant drive the car for a few hours afterwards either that **** will kill ya.

I am a smoker but never smoke in the car. I won't even let my girlfriend smoke in her own car. The only that gets lit up is maybe some bob on a long raod trip.

plus its just a disgusting habit. No offense, but not only does your car smell like it you do aswell. I have plenty of friends who smoke and when they come in my house it stinks to high heaven. My favortie thing about NY is being able to go to a bar and come home at night not smelling like smoke

The guy who owned my car before me smoked in it. Major turnoff to buying the car. Thankfully it only had 5,000 miles on it so the smell wasnt too set in. Took me 2 weeks to get rid of and today you would never know someone smoked in it.

Any car can be cleaned of any smell ! If smoke from an home fire can be gotten out cig . smoke is easy and as far as resale value well by the time I get ride of this car it will be sold as scrap metal and trust me the crusher does not care.
yes smoking is a nasty habit if you dont do it then DONT thats great. If was easy to stop I would but after 22 years its like trying to stop talking.Try it some day go as long as you can while around people who are talking to you and see how hard it is to not talk back and you get just how hard it is to stop. Saying someone smells because they smoke is funny I know people who dont smoke and smell.

maybe i'm just more realistic and understand i'm driving a cheap car, but i could care less about smoking in the car. i have no stains, burn marks, or anything else. if i had a more expensive, nice car, i wouldn't smoke in it. but come on, it's a freakin cobalt. some of hte people's comments here, it's like they're driving a lambo

a little of the kush once in a while. The alcohol smell stays in it longer and its harder to get out for some reason.

smoke in the balt all the time, it's mine so why the hell not? you can't even smoke inside alot of places anymore so why act like there's a law to smoke in my car?? it's personal prefrence

i clean it and wash it 24/7 it's my baby! nobody else can smoke in it though because like you said they don't have respect!

Burn marks would be the least of my concern.......you won't get that smell out. Maybe you don't smell it, but for any non-smoker, it's friggin' disgusting getting in a smoker's car.
