Welcome to the forum and yes those work. I have done the install myself and it takes about 20-30 minutes. There is a how-to in the how to section to take you through the install.

Didnt notice you were new. Sorry. I have one in my 5speed sedan. they say its for autos because they figure its to hard to shift with it and actually i think its easier.

LOL! I'm a girl but I am definately NOT single! I am going to order it in Ebony but if I read correctly it comes in cloth so I will be taking it to have it covered to match my leather seats.
