Exclamation B&M shiftplus help

How do you "mate " the wires on the shiftplus? I have know clue what to do with these little blue and pink plastic pieces, if anyone can walk me through because the "how-to" doesnt say "how-to" do it. I know which wires go with which but what the hell is the pink thing for and the blue thing. I know its used to mate them, but how?

take a knife and slightly strip a small part of each transmission wire, so that the bare wire is showing. then just twist the wire from the shiftplus onto the stripped appropriate wire, and electrical tape it up nicely. thats all. no cutting wire or anything.

Didnt get electricuted. And hooked it all up but I have no idea why it isnt working. I cliped the blue plastic into the CORRECT wire. Im 100% sure of that. Then the pink is connected to the back of the blue and the black wire in one and the red is in the other(both on the correct wires). Im just gonna do what bboyfreeflow said.

Its working. I didnt use the connectors or anything, just striped the wires on both the shiftplus and transmission and wrapped them together and used electrical tape to seal the deal. I pulled it into my uncles garage last evening (35 degrees out) and it took about 1 1/2 hours but it was worth it. I definalty feel the difference but its been raining so I really didnt get the chance the mess around with stage 2 (performance mode). I definalty noticed that the acceleration is faster and the throttle response is way quicker.
