I have a bad bcm I pick up a used one from the junk yard can I just change the bcm with no problem ?

 

match the p/n should be fine
only one way to find out

 

What you mean by p/n I plan on using the same harness from before

 

p/n is part number.

I'm fairly certain you have to use a tech2 to get the car to recognize the new bcm.

Also dude don't make 3 threads asking the same question in different sub-forums, it does not help get your question answered quicker.

 

theres 3 different bcm codes depending on the cars options
if you get the correct one no programming
