I see Google didn't fork up any details... anyways, it depends on what you want to do with them. Low? Low/ride? AutoX? Cheap/low? Answer one of those questions and someone will help you. It won't be Mr.B. lol.

They're shitty coilovers. Go with bc. Had Megans on my cobalt and it kept making this clunking noise and didn't go as low as I wanted. Had them maxed out too

I've got Stance, but BCs are your best option.

Yeah I hated being on my Megans. Ride quality wasn't that great. I was on h&r springs and they were way better than the Megan coils which is surprising.

If I am not mistaken the BC and Megan coilovers are very similar due to the fact they are both made by BC

What do you think about the coilover kit made by KSport, it is a set of 4 coilovers designed for your Cobalt specifically. They won't cost you more than 1K and provide you with 0.5"-2.5" front and rear body drop. Feel free to reach me if you need more details.

I did look at those and those are also one of my options I'm stuck between the BC's, KW, Ksport, and D2. I do need to decide because I want to get the coilovers before I get my wheels

For performance the best coilovers are kw variant 2 or bc rams with inverted bodies. All the rest are just for driving and to me warrant to performance gain. If you wanna go low just get whatever's cheap because they are kind of sick.

If you want something with the most comfortable ride which coilovers won't give you at all but has better performance then all the coilovers get Powell's springs and koni yellows.

@ nixiee_cobaltss

Sounds like you really have lots of options. In terms of overall quality and driving comfort the best coilovers for you are:

KW Suspensions® - Chevy Cobalt 2007 Inox-Line Coilover Lowering Kit

http://www.carid.com/2007-chevy-coba...-11987586.html

The starting price is - $1,349.99;

However, if you don't want to exceed a 1K price tag, than I would recommend you to go with:

KSport® CCV040-KP - Chevy Cobalt 2007 0.5"-2.5" x 0.5"-2.5" Kontrol Pro Coilover Kit

http://www.carid.com/2007-chevy-coba...-14873311.html

With the starting price - $966.00

If you ever have any additional questions, please be sure to reach out.

The bcs are far superior to the k sports at. Grand even. no offense carid but I have Texted and messed around with all of these setups. The bcs are the best bang for the buck in overall quality and performance.

I'm on the same boat looking for coilovers that are comfortable and wont be bouncy and can go as low as my B&G springs.
