big spending on upgrades!!

big spending on upgrades!!

spending about 3k on upgrades, plus labor. here we go...

1. cf hood rksport
2. cf trunk
3. blackcat custom gauges
4. pioneer avic d3 navigation system
5. weighted shift knob twm big type R
6. sparco hand brake w/ sparco boot

cant wait to get this stuff installed!! im also debating on whether to remove the back seats. any suggestions??

be careful with your blackcat gauges, some people who installed them report their gauges dont work after installing it.

I could see having the Headunit installed by someone, alot of people don't wanna **** with electronics. But the other stuff has self-install written all over it!

nah man, I put my Double DIN pioneer Nav in my car, wasn't hard, Soldered/shrink tubed everything, very legit job, and it was fun just make sure you buy the harness adapter.

Oh I would do my own, don't get me wrong. I just know ALOT of people that would not even attempt that kind of job..lol

ya im not gonna try installing the navigation system or the gauges. but everything else i should be able to do. does anybody if it possible to paint over carbon fiber? i have no clue lol

the gauges are EASY! hell if you came to my house(if you lived close) I'd put that blackcat face in for a coffee

and the Nav is simple as well I put in my pioneer Avic 700Bt on my own it has blue tooth/nav/Digital music/Ipod digital in etc.., all thats extra is an antenna that plugs in the back, and you just pop that up above the headliner, I'd put that for ya for a 26

Yes u can't paint over carbon fiber. Or u can clear coat it when gel coat fades off.

You can paint over carbon fiber. My hood is CF with black on the sides.

checked out pwerks and they have a back seat removal kit for $475. also interested in their wr-3 turbo. it says its direct bolt on with all necessary lines. should i go with this or ZFR??

really? i just followed the instructions (to the tee) and they turned out fine no problemos. didn't need to switch the leds at all though

Oh geez, beating the dead horse. Most will say ZFR because there are more people running that. The WR-3 is a great turbo. I have the first one ever and love it. It's a Precision Built turbo and top notch quality. It is direct bolt on, so you won't have any problems. It is a little more expensive then the ZFR, but being unique is a good thing!
