Blackouts ????

whats the best way to blackout my tail lights and my head lights? i dont want those AVS velcro plastic pieces. i know there's a spray, but i dont know what works. any ideas?

if you use the spray spray clear coat over it afterwards.

cool. i've seen that spray tint, but i heard it runs.
