Bob Howard Chevy has great customer service!

So I am washing my car, when paint starts peeling off the front bumper. I immediatley stop washing, dry the car, and take it to the dealer. My service rep (Danni) looks at it and gets her manager who says, "Yep, we will take care of that no problem."

So I am taking it in on Monday, and getting the spot fixed.

Bob Howard Chevy in Oklahoma City has a great service department.

Thats cool that someone actually posted something good about a dealership. Most folks, including myself will only post about bad experiences with a dealer. Have any pics of where the paint is coming off? Is it the paint, or clearcoat?

It was through the paint, about a quarter size, just under the driver-side headlight.
