I know in the how to it says to remove headlights but is there another way to remove the bumper without taking them off?,thanks.

 

ummm nope i dont believe since u need to take the headlights off to get to the bolts so

Just wanted to know because i'm installing my heat exchanger tomorrow.

 

yuo dont need to , un-due the fender liners bolts , there is 3 10mm bolts in each corner of the bumper where it meets / ties into the fenders.take those out .4 clips along the top of the grille. 1 plastic screw on the underside of the lwr grille opeing going upward into the reinforcemnt on either side of the license plate area( i beleave they are a robertson screw( square) and made of plastic ) and you also have to un-do the fender liners on the undersiade of the bumper in each corner.

you do not have to take the headlights off at all.you can but you dont need to. if you havent taken it off beforei would suggest pulling them out to see where the bumper / fender bolts are but its not needed....

p.s. don't forget to un plug foglights lol

when i did my cx , i had to modify the bumper reinforcment...damn near impossible to mount with out taking bumper off

if you want to drive up here to canada , i'll install it for you for free lol

 

How much difference is the cx h/e to the zzp h/e?

the ZZP is i BELIEVE in between the small CX and the large CX HE in terms of square inches

 

I thought i had seen a post wear someone installed the zzp h/e without removing the bumper.

the only way to reach the bolded is by removing the headlights or by removing the fender liners, and if you do so by removing the fender liners, its almost impossible t reach the top bolt of the three
