Bye-bye cobalt?

As most of you know I crashed at the track. Insurance is gonna look at it early this week.

Least it was fun while it lasted. I would say most likely totaled. Insurance say anything about dropping you for wrecking while racing at track?

Is insurance going to cover this? i know where i am from anything that is "timed" on a track has no insurance

Dang man really sorry that happened. If you're going through insurance I would delete all the threads talking about anything to do with a track. They can and WILL find it if you don't and then that could really brew up a problem. Hopefully everything goes well. Look forward to seeing it up and running again soon or something else in the works. Goodluck man.

Something tells me the insurance already knows he wrecked at a track. They are going to want to see where the wreck occurred when they investigate it. That's why I asked what I did.

Technically its a HPDE practice day so it wasn't a race just practice

yea how do you think i felt i was there at the race got back after they black flagged us called him and nada and after 5 mins of him coming back to pits i was like oh **** i see a silver car crashed but cant tell what it is then i see the tow truck leaving with his car and i was like oh ****...

oh man i just saw those videos earlier in the morning,that sucks ***** bro.
I know how it feels to wreck a balt,i wrecked my old ss/sc, i almost flipped it.
But yours looks totaled even though air bags didn't deploy.Plus it looks like to much work than what it's worth

Agreed. I didnt want my cobalt after I got it back and I had $6000 in damage, I guarantee you have way more then that. Sorry about what happened you had a very good lookin car.

That sucks. But atlest your ok. I know my insurance with Sate Farm does say that any racing is not covered

and yea his best time so far that day was a 2:03 compared to mine being a 2:13
