Car Shaking

Hey everyone I put my winter tires on my cobalt and now it shakes mildly at 50kph and shakes violently at 70kph. It kinda goes away when I brake lightly. They shouldn’t be out of balance they are brand new I just have no clue what it could be.

Doesn't matter how new/old they are if they were balanced improperly. And a bent wheel can balance properly on a machine, but will be noticeable when driving.
