Front splitter for me!...

These shouldn't cost that much being that there isnt much fab work needed. Hell I bet most of us could just make are own if we were to just take the time. Would the rods be included in the price as in the one shown below.

Now if you made up one like this \/ then I can see some cost

/\
It also illustrates the outer curved strakes directing airflow around the leading edge of the front tires.

Looks like a good idea ^^. Let me first get people their interior parts, lips, and roofs.

Ok here is the VOTE and group buy thread on the FRONT SPLITTER & ROOF CAP REPLACEMENT PARTS
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/show...23#post4388323

This is going to take a 50% deposit from interested buyers at the group buy price. Please read the thread if you are interested.

you cant really make a true diffuser for our cars.... bout the closest you could get is a lip stlye looking diffuser cause of the trunk and rear suspension...and if you could you would still have to skin the hole underside before it became useful

but i would love to see a rear carbon center lip peice come out

Hey guys UPDATE!

I am NO LONGER going to make CF parts for Cobalts, unless the admin-owner, can come to an agreement with me that benefits him/them, and all of us. This is business and I would hope they can look at it like a business agreement and work something out. I was warned not to sell on here for the lame reason they want their cut of the money before i can sell.

I can't fund all this out of my own pocket. This is why I had to ask for deposits. If people want parts, which I understand a appreciate you do; the admin is going to have to wait to recieve a payment from me until a few parts are sold. If not then no parts.

Sorry, that is the way it is.

Mike I will email you. I'm not too happy with the warning over asking for deposits. I am a legit business person and if a few bucks is going to make the admin put a stop to you guys getting parts, there is nothing I can do.

If the admin/owner can come to a comprimise with me about making payment on Vendor Status and time that will happen that would be awesome because then EVERYONE benefits. Otherwise.. it looks like these cf parts will not come to fruition.

Wow way to go Css.net. I know they want money but you'd think they could hold off on payment until you guys made some money. Also you dont even need this site to make the parts, do you have your own website?

yeah, make one mold, throw it up on your website, and from that then you could make other molds.

there aren't going to be any prices. The admin/mods won't let him sell anything to any of us til he pays for vendor status, but he can't do that til he makes some sales. I'm working on gettin alot of this stuff done and hopefully I'll be able to get enough to where he can get vendor status goin.

I'll keep everyone up to date tho as soon as I know something. I'm basically gonna send him a big chunk of my interior pieces to get done to start with. If anyone has questions or anything like that, PM me and keep it outta this thread cuz I don't wanna catch crap for not having vendor status either. Eventhough I'm not really selling anything.

Because you have to pay $$ to become a vendor on this site and the business owner doesn't wanna do that if nobody actually buys any products. Alot of ppl on this site say "oooo, i want. how much?" and then never buy anything which screws over the vendor because he basically wasted money on a vendor membership.

If there's anything in particular you guys would like to see, PM me with what it is and I'll see what I can do. No roof, ground effects kit, or anything too large. I'm not shipping stuff like that across the country cuz it'll most likely get damaged. I'm already sending in the entire dash trim, cluster bezel, all engine covers, and probably steering wheel radio controls. If you guys think of anything else, lemme know and I'll pull it off my car and send it in too.
