Car's Gone Crazy!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!

Well after being away for work for two days i get in my car to come home, and the car goes crazy!

I turn the car on to turn the radio on, the radio will not turn on!

Then I look at the gas guage, speedometer, and tac, and they are all on 0 or Empty so i start to think, i know there was gas in the car so i go to the closest gas station, and notice that none of the guages are working, and all of my warning lights are still on, and the mileage is changing very rapidly!

After getting gas, and playing with the key in the ignation(sp) things start work, but the radio is still not working! But then everything went back to going crazy! The turn signals aren't working inside the car, so i'm not sure if they are working on the outside!

WHAT COULD BE THE ISSUE?????

Best thing to do is take it to a GM service center and have them re-flash the computer.

Sounds like a short of some sort... The dealer will have to either reflash the ECU or like someone else said the main service module is fried!

Pink - does this sound familiar? One of the NW guys had this go wrong with his SS (HOAX is the screen name)
.....and the next morning i tried to start it and it was almost completely dead. I jumpstarted it and noticed that my fuel gauge was pointing almost straight down haha. This picture is with a full tank of gas.

After jumpstarting it a few more times it went back to normal. I brought it back for the second time and they put in a new battery because the old one had a dead cell. So for a week I thought everything was fine. Yesterday I didn't drive it all day. So it sat for over 24 hours. I went to go start it this morning to go to work and it was dead again! So I jumpstarted it and was on my way to work (20 min. late) when I noticed my speedometer was 15 mph too fast! haha. This is a picture at a complete stop.

It started up fine after work. I still don't trust it though. So its back in the shop for the 3rd time. I'm thinking it has to do with bad wiring that is slowly draining my battery. I know its not the alternator.

UPDATE! haha so they figured out that it was a wire coming from my stock radio in the trunk. I didn't even know it was back there.

Should be, as long as your still under 3yrs. 36K miles for your standard warranty and they see no obvious signs of electrical tampering.

Cars at the shop, its not anything that anyone thought it would be it was a faulty radio that was replaced in August! So radio is on order, and i have 2008 Cobalt to drive!
