CF hood: just picked up
Finally picked up something for the cobalt! Carbon fiber hood for 60 bucks. So do you guys think i can just have it sanded down and re-clearcoated?

As long as it's not delaminating itself, you should be fine. Previous owner of my hood didn't get it cleared (IMO) and it started getting goofy before I picked it up.

def. worth $60 if there is no damage. id get it painted to match the car and just leave an "SS" in carbon outlined in silver right above one of the headlights. that, or leave the center section carbon, and the rest color matched

thats not a bad idea. It doesnt have any cracks either. I guess im just awesome? The guy is selling his car for 12k, and has less then 30k miles on it. Nice kid.
