still waiting for someone to call this guy............I live in Ontario and will help you guys out but I am not calling SC.........

Call this guy, get the VIN post it here and I will check it out for you guys tomorrow............I am leaving work in like 10 minutes...
Tomorrow I work from 2pm till 8pm and that is EST.....If you post I will deliver everything I can dig up, which isn't tons but I will be able to let you know if they have cancelled the warranty for tunes or anything like that, and its service history...

definitely missing the IC but I am not sure why the interior was graded as rough.

I talked to this guy a few weeks ago and got the VIN. It has a salvage title from a total loss back in 2011 (IIRC) in Colorado. So it also has a warranty block. I offered $2k for the car and he declined. It does look very rough from the pictures. I deleted the text messages already so I don't have the VIN any more, but that's pretty much what you'll find out with it anyway.
