What is going on? Every time I deal with Megan, their exhausts aren't in. I was told YESTERDAY that the Megan Drift-Spec exhausts would arrive at their company today or tomorrow. So, I called to confirm that they arrived.

I was told they had not arrived today AND they probably won't arrive tomorrow. He told me my best chance was for about another week or so.

WHAT THE HELL? I ordered this thing almost three months ago.

Can anyone else call and see what's up? Just to see if we hear two different sides of the story?

okay im sick of these threads about you complaining... no offense... youve had over 3 threads in which you do this man... honestly its getting old... youve been told they are on back order... NGA couldnt do anything about that. He was told megan had enough.. obviously megan lied... I said that from the beginning... WHY would they? Who knows but still... these threads are stupid and this should not even have been posted....

I understand that you have waited but noone can do anythig.. megan is a good company and so is NGA... so please stop posting about it and take legal action if you are so desperate for it...

 

NGA is a good company when they told me they shipped my exhaust out and said it was on it's way to my house but could never come up with a tracking number?

 

they told you that it was shipped out straight from megan racing... from what they knew... it was...

No they told me they had an extra one shipped to NGA. So when that arrived, they inspected it at NGA and then sent it out straight from NGA. Get your facts straight. Thanks.

 

last i heard they were backorded at nga and megan was in the process of moving to a bigger location and they had to make more but your gotta remember they have back ordered for awhile so they gotta fill all the backorders so there playin catch up

Cancel your order. Order something else. Problem solved.

 

Not so much. NGA gave me a Escort GT-2 Perfomance Meter for free. When I went to cancel my order, they told me that they wanted to take the Escort GT-2 Performance Meter out of my refund. AKA Instead of receiving back 320 for the exhaust, I'd only be receiving 269 because of the Performance Meter subtracted from the refund.

 

Damnit! Another week? Guess I have time to order the DP.

 

Did they explain that to you when you got the meter, or have any kind of receipt for that explaining that? If not, then send it back and get your money back for everything.

 

Now I know why this is taking so long. This particular shipment is hold up in customs in shipment from California. This catback is made in Taiwan. Wednesday is the date I got.

 

No they told me "Hey, I'll give you this meter for being so patient with us." I was like "Okay."

Stupid me, I didn't save anything. The meter is absolutely pointless because I don't think it's even close to accurate. It tells me I have 108 HP and theres no way a 2.4L would have that low of HP.

 

send me the meter if you dont want it : )

 

Wednesday eh? Why would they say Thursday or Friday and then tell us another thing?

 

Call your credit card company if they won't give you a refund. You didn't agree that would come out of the cost, they can't legally do that.

 

The meter was a gift, they cant take that out of the price they refund you.

I didn't pay with a credit card. I don't own them. I paid with a money order. Stupid, I know.

That's exactly what I told them.

 

Unless that meter is on a receipt saying it was part of the price, they cant legally take it out of the money you paid them.

I say demand a refund.

 

Ok, well theres your problem. You are going to have to wait now, that is pretty silly paying for something like that with a money order.

 

I just PMed NGA asking if my name was still on file for the exhaust. I'm hoping this will all be resolved in the next few weeks with a new exhaust at my doorstep.

 

Why dont you call him? See what he tells you vs what I was told. I was told they're from Taiwan and their delays in customs on their way to Cali.
