Hey guys. Im currently am in the process of getin my new 2.4ss on this saturday. im just unsure of the color. i had black on my old cobalt but i was cleanin it everyday. i looked at silver and it just didnt impress,red..cop color to pull over, blue..looks like purple, no to yellow or that orange color or white...wut do u guys think...HELP! I want to check out the sport tint but no1 around me has the car in that color...

 

get blue.. occasionally it looks puple, but when its blue its such an awesome color

 

white = sex.

i dunno bout the silver.. when i took a look at it it was just ok. black is gonna show scrathes and lil dents so easily. plus it sucks to clean it every day. im not a big fan of white. that gets crazy dirty..lol

 

I personally would 100 % get White or Silver .

Given your opinions of all the colors ...a Sport Red tintcoat n/a SS would look sweet .

if i wanted it i wud have to order it and have them make it...which wud take way to long.hmmm im gonna have this car for 5 years....so its pretty much between silver,red, or black. this sucks.

 

I agree with you on the black and how everything shows on it. I have the Victory Red and don't really have any "cop issues". The silver is also nice, I don't really think you can go wrong with any three of the colors you narrowed it down to. I also like the blue as well.

 

the victory red looks the nicest. u really dont have to worry bout it being noticable with dirt as compared to the black. blue looks kinda purple..i saw a 07 LT with the color i didnt like it at all. so its more gonna be red or silver..hmmm any one have pics to post of those 2 colors.

 

Laser blue all the way !! best color I could see myself drive.. Depending on the sun it might look purple sometime.. but still the best color. I've too many of the other ones :P

 

when i saw it. it was around 6pm no sun and it was raining a lil bit and still looked purple...hmmmm

 

Rephrase my sentence.. It depends on where the sun his hitting. At night it looks like a shady purple. Anyway everybody has their favorite colors.. that's why they make different paint job :P

 

I faced this issue when I ordered mine. I went with the sport red metallic tint coat myself.
IMO its about the nicest looking color even if it does cost almost $300 more for it.

i love my laser blue, this is the color that sold me the car

A few more laser blue but in 2.4L form .. This is the reason I choose this car.. Every time I see a cobalt it's either black or red..

Hope you like it, I know I do. Its the only SS sedan around here AND the only Cobalt in this color around here too! I don't know about you but I don't like to be like everyone else.

 

I am a HUGE Fan of the Lazer Blue Mettalic. I was sold on the color alone.

 

I have black, which is the best color, but it seems the best color to get (that hides dirt, swirls) is silver. My Grand AM GT is silver.

hmm i gotta get to the dealership and take a look at the blue 07 2.4..it mite between that or victory red. i only know of 1 red 2.4 around here. ive seen 2 or 3 2.4 in blue...hmmmm

 

Well it's going to be your car. And you are going to be driving it. Choose the color you fell more comfortable with. If you think you might get bored of Laser Blue after a while, go for red. And just to let you know, whatever the color is going to be, you are still going to find it dirty like hell

 

Victory red = arrest me red! LOL! At least around here it does.
