Damn guys it seems that almost no one in my area owns a cobalt. My bro KapnKirk and I seem to be some of the few that own a cobalt in our area. I occasionally see one or two, but I see 20+ riced out civics/integras everyday The only thing good is I have smashed every civic and integra I have ever raced out here. Anyone else have a cobalt shortage in their area/locale??? I live about an hour and a half north of Los Angeles by the way.

 

well i know a friend who lives in Cali and says they are either muscles or imports down there. hardly any domestics otherwise

 

Only SS for miles. All the SS's I know/have seen are down in Manchester, 50 miles away.

 

I have the only SS/sc in my town, but there are a few in the next town. I very rarely see any SC's around my area, even on the highway.

 

I see alot of cobalts but not that many SS/SC. There was one other one just like mine but I have not seen that guy in months. I have a friend who has a blue one, and another guy wrecked his. I'm in Lebanon, PA.

 

In an hour or so i'm on the road in my area everyday i'm lucky if i see one, and when i do stop and talk to a fellow owner in my area they are the type that know exactly nothing about there car. then they make stupid ricer comments when they see my mods and estimate me to have like 350 horse because they live in the fantasy world where bumper polishing will gain you 30 horse. It is very depressing around me, trust me i feel your alone feeling!

 

LOL I met a kid here who bought a used and abused Victory Red SS/SC here on base the other day--was telling me a 'performance chip that's kind of like stage 2' and a short ram intake put him to 300whp. what an idiot.

 

I'm starting to see Cobalts EVERYWHERE and it kinda bothers me. When I first got my car two years ago, nobody had 'em and it was kind of nice. Now... It's a different story.

 

there are a lot of SS/SC's around me but most of them are older guys that seem like they have no clue what they are driving. one of them got pissed when i waved at him. he thought i was messin with him i guess. there's 1 silver, 2 red, and a black one that i raced once. a ton of redlines here too!

 

cobalts all over here.. could count the ss/sc's on both hands.

 

There are hardly any cobalts over here also. I've seen a couple but have never been ablt to meet up with any of them. I guess none of the have heard of cobaltss.net yet.

 

There are only 4 SS\SC with in a 50 mile area were im at.

 

yeah i live in northeast pa and there are only like 3 that ive seen in the whole NEPA area including mine my friends victory red ss/sc and a yellow one about 10 miles from me

 

Where I live there is about 3-4 cobalt ss/sc's. Mine and then the 2-3 others, but they are all black I have the only silver one in town. It seems though that regular ss's are very common but they are all black as well lol, and then there is a ton of 2.2 cobalts they are abundant and getting worse than the cavalier ever was it seems.

 

yea i've only seen three or four in the eight months i've owned my balt...well plenty of ls models...only a handfull of ss / sc models...

 

i have only seen maybe 3 ss/sc's EVER besides at meets and whatnot... never see them in the area

 

Unfortunately, I see SS/SCs regularly in my area and plenty of 2.4 SS Balts.

 

We've got a ton of LS/LT Balts here in Salt Lake Metro. I've only seen a few other SS's besides mine, one red SS/SC in Riverton, an orange SS/SC in Herriman, and a yellow SS/SC in Draper. I also think i saw a blue SS/NA in Herriman the other day. if any of you are on here, give me a shout. and if you see a black SS/NA cruising around the south end of the valley with a cigarette hangin out the window, its me. I am the only one out here (that i know of) so dont be afraid to waive.

 

So it seems that overall our cars are still pretty rare in most areas other than Canada

 

There's 2 that go to the local spot on the weekends, one SS/SC that parks with the Srt-4's and ricers, and theres one that I spotted a few weeks ago down there with the RK Sport hood and a front body kit piece, both primar.. lol
Other than that ive seen 2-3 SS/SC's

 

There are loads and loads upon loads of LS/LT sedans around me, a good share of LS/LT coupes, but there has only been one other SS to cross my eyes other than my own, oh and only two SS/SCs.

SS/NA and SS/SC are pretty rare here in IL

 

Yeah I see a few ls sedans around my area.... But thats about it.... I finally found on other person who loves thier balt (Other than me and ICEMAN)... There have been 2 SS/SC's I saw and they dont know what they are driving.... ICEMAN is the only 2.4 SS I have ever seen in person... We both have the best looking balts in our area and we proudly share that crown ha ha..

In my town there is 6 ss/sc's that I know of. I would say in the 50 mile radius there is atleast 15-20
