I think I'm just going to keep looking. All the owners have put a lot of miles. It's just not feeling right to me. I don't wanna drive that far and put all that money out to find that it's a piece of ****. I never see LNFS at dealerships though...guess I'll just have to keep looking. Thank you everyone!

Well damn, I was supposed to go to the dealership this morning to look at the car, and just got an email saying that the price just got dropped to 8,800 lol. Might go look now. We'll see.

Check it out and talk them down to 7500 because of the multiple owners, then take the extra 2 grand buy a new LDK and boom new motor

I'm bummed out now guys, was about to go take the 2 hour drive and test drive it and most likely get it, then the guy called me and told me someone just started signing papers on it. He told me some of the owners were dealerships just taking over the title. Guess I have to keep lookin . I just need to finance a clean LNF that runs good. So it's pretty much gotta be from a dealership.

haha me and the wife went and looked at that car a week ago. it was absolutely ragged out. the engine had a rev dependant ticking. all of the wheels had some serious curb rash. the fog light and dash dimmer buttons had fallen into the dash. there were go pro mounts still on the wing and roof. it would not idle and was pouring out smoke from the exhaust.

you saved yourself from a serious headache.

i dont log on here frequently enough but if you see something you like in the bradenton sarasota area, pm me and ill check it out for you.

Awesome. Pm me your number, because I'm looking for an lnf and it's good having people willing to check on things for me or keep an eye out for me. That makes me feel better, it looked ragged and 6 owners, and a motor replacement at 32k? Lol something wasn't right. Thanks man.

That's how I'm looking at it. Been searching high and low for an lnf at a dealership, they're nowhere to be found only private sellers. So that sucks lol.

Financing a car isn't usually a good idea..... But you can finance a car bought via private party

You could get more money for it selling it yourself.

If a dealer gives you a "great deal" on a trade-in, then they're screwing you on the new car. They never lose money.

good luck finding a used balt man that wasnt beaten. my suggestion is to slap a turbo on that k20 and make 400whp with it and that motor will take that power all day lol.

It's the k24, but the exhaust manifold is integrated into the motor from what I've read. Haven't had much of a chance to play with it. Got it right after I moved and all my money is going to school rent and car payments lol. But I eventually would love to turbo it, or even supercharge it. There are some pretty cool civic builds out there.

Yeah trust me, I want to pull my hair out every time I pull into the parking lot. I cringe at the thought of going into work. I applied at a warehouse today driving a forklift around lol. So we'll see how that goes.
