well its been a great ride with the cobalt but after 4 times in the shop for new brakes in 7k miles, we got rid of it and bought this tonight, im going to miss tha car, but with our new one hopefully it wont give us trouble, i love this board and plan on staying around and taking any cobalt owners side just like i always have, but the wife's heart was with this mustang.
The car:
2007 Ford Mustang GT Auto
Bought her bone stock yesterday with 5800 miles on it putting shelby race stripes, borla exhaust, x-pipe, Ford racing intake, hypertech, oh and tint. Very very happy with the car. here she is----
sorry these pics kind of suck sorry ill get better ones in the morning when im not drinking. lol

Say bye bye cobalt:

i hate to say this man, but when someone trades in a car (as u did) with such low mileage its usually because of problems...... ur mustang has low mileage also, what makes u think someone didnt trade it off because they were having trouble with it???
saunders1986- uh it was my boss' mustang, hes 45 and wanted a pathfinder for winter travel to colorado. he told me were he trader it off, so i jumped on it. it was bought new 3 miles from my house, i called my connection at the dealer, nuthing but 2 oil changes on the record. good to go. the cobalt was in the shop (GM record shows) 8 times in 11 months. i did my homework this time. these cars are supposed to be REALLy good reliable cars, plus my wife doesnt drive her cars hard unless were at the drag strip, lol
wish she could drive a 5 speed (SS/SC) would have been the replacement
i wouldnt **** on a honda to put out a forest fire, sorry honda guys, im american, all the way. keep up the good gas milage, thats what there built for.

When you're driving the mustag, does it feel like you are really far on the left of the car. I drove one a few months ago and it was kinda of awkward. Good job getting a GT though because the one I drove was a V6 and it was slow as dog **** and it grunted like it was struggling to move. Good call on the borla exhaust too
is there a lemon law there?
I don't know about arkansas specifically, but in PA if they can't fix the problem after 3 attempts (and there's obviously a problem going through brakes like that), it's a lemon issue.

yea i lost nearly 6000.00 on our cobalt, out of my savings to buy this car, thanks alot GMAC for the finance charges AAAAAAAAND service charges for no reason. for what its worth the wife nearly cried when some punk ass kid from the detail shop hopped in our cobalt and ragged the **** out of it to the back of the lot.
hope someone takes care of it.
on the lemon law:
yea but they would only give me 19k against a another new chevy or the exact same car in a 2007. oh and NO REBATES OR INCETIVES!!!!! i said **** that. it was in the specs for lemon law within 3 months of ownership.

There's a cop in my area with a GT squad car and it's currently undergoing a turbo install (oh and ps, its an unmarked car :yikes: ) Only reason I know about it is because I know the guy installing it
