i've got an '06 ss/sc. everything's in my signature. with an extra set of blizzak snow tires mounted on stock rims and a 6 month old pioneer avic f, i'd want as close to $14,000 as possible with the work that was put into it. 52,700 miles on it. haven't had any problems other than a boost gauge dying, a wheel speed sensor failing (both replaced no problem under warranty), and i had the hood repainted due to a dent and scratches from hitting a piece of debris. hood is perfect.

look to spend about 9500 for something with high milage. (90k) about 10500 for something with moderate miles maybe a bolt on and about 14-15 with decent miles, good bolt ons etc etc etc. try craigslist, ebay, vehix, you will get the prices down..

I got my 2007 SS/SC with 72k (kilometers) so about 45k miles for $9000 in Hamilton, Ontario. The guy bought another car and on top of that just lost his job so he was desperate to sell. Ran the vin at the dealer, had a heated seat element replaced, new stock radio bc the old one quit working, and sway bar links and thats it warranty wise.

You just gotta look around man I waited a good 7 months before I found everything I wanted from colour to year to interior colour/condition to appropriate miles. All in all I'm guessin for both Canada and the States look to spend b/w 8000-15000 depending

well right now i have an 02 impala that has 104K miles on it.. so i am going to trade that in. and i am going to be working 60hr weeks over summer to save up for an SS/SC and i am hoping all of that will be enough for the car.. right now i have 1500 saved and then my impala will bring another 3000 and then working can potentionally bring me 5000-6000.. but it all depends. thanks guys!

I walked out paying 10,000 even on my 06 Cobalt SS Supercharged with 55,000 miles. I think I got a great deal. The bank said it books for 12,400 so they gave me the loan.

The cobalt didnt really fit on the lot I went to. He had vets, vipers, bmws, and jags sitting on his lot and in the middle of all these high priced cars there was the cobalt ss. He was asking 12,900 and I got him down to 10,000 out the door.

you should consider going to an auction and just look for a salvage one i got mine (ls) for 3200 no engine damage and endeded paying around 900 to fix it... now i know its not the same as a ss sc but you get the idea... also just make sure that it has no engine damage because you will be looking at spendidng a lot money often on it
