Cobalt SS N/A rims

What are the rims on a N/A cobalt SS made of? I have a black one and im trying to figure out what to use to clean them, is it polished alluminum? These are mine:

Yes, polished aluminum. Be very careful with them, they scratch easy! I wound up picking up a spare set just in case anything happens to mine.

They're polished aluminum, but they're also clear coated.

so i cant use an alluminum mag polish on them? what would be good to use to clean them up nice?
