you got it and to flush it is it something i can do or should i just take it somewhere ?

Either. If you and a friend feel like you can do it, go right ahead. It's not that hard.
Otherwise, if you feel like you can't, you have the option to take it somewhere.

I found the Prestone Dex-cool 50/50 for $13.99 1 gallon. How many bottles should i buy without having to put water or do you recommend to put water?

You don't need to put any water with that.
Get 2 of those and you'll be set.

Not a problem.
With 2 gallons, you'll have about half a gallon left after you fill up the car.

Awesome, and sorry for all the questions. I just got the car about 2 weeks ago and i dont know anything about cobalts. So i dont want anything happening to it its my 4th car lol

Drain is on the passenger side of the radiator, at the bottom. You can drain the fluid from there, then add new coolant into the reservoir. This is the only way I would recommend doing a drain and fill.
