I went with black. I love how it looks clean, but I almost wish I went with Silver or Arrival Blue because it is so easy to see every little imperfection in black, and it is a pain in the @$$ to keep clean. Although black has its drawbacks, I still love it, especially once I get the windows tinted and black rims. As for the yellow and orange, they are interesting colors that will get noticed, but sometimes they will get the wrong kind of attention if you know what I mean. No disrespect to anyone with those colors, but IMO they are more of a novelty color (I know, flame away). As for getting pulled over, if you drive responsibly, you shouldn't have a problem, but I think black is worse than red for getting pulled over from experience. I have had two cavaliers in the past, one black and one red. I got a lot more attention from the cops with the black one and sometimes they would just follow me around for like 30min just to try and bust me. The red one never gave me any trouble with the cops (Unless I was driving like an idiot). I say all in all, you have to make the descision for yourself because we won't be the ones driving your car everyday. As long as you are happy with the color, that is all that matters.

Red is a cop magnet, you dont want that. I think yellow on a car is disgusting. I was loving the orange because its so different, but after looking at the laser blue color, I decided that's what I wanted. Its REALLY nice and the 2 color effect is really great.

yeah i like the red... i have been pulled over but it was the 2nd day i had it and i was going 67 in a 50 so that is why i got pulled over. i love my red color... i constantly get compliments from people about the color of my red. i actually never liked red cars but this one caught my eye. i had every color in front of me to choose from ready to go, this is the one i fell in love with. even if i dont get to wash her for 2 weeks she still looks clean. she looks so freaking hott when she does get a good wash. i love the red, wouldnt change it for nothin. as for the yellow and someone from HI. has one cuz they are a steelers fan. thats pretty awesome. im from pittsburgh area and actually coming to HI in sept. imo though, the yellow looks better on other cars than cobalts. but i think it is good to get what ever you like... you are the one that is buying it and driving it.

I voted orange. I have an orange LS and love the color. Also i dont see very many orange SS's out there. Most I've seen are Red or Black. On occasion I'll see a yellow one.

The only thing i found to be bad is 1) it shows chips and 2) it attracts bugs, haha

Its kind of like a giant party for bugs when i go outside in the mornings and see my car.

As for getting pulled over, not yet! But everyone will look your way!

Right now it's Black/Orange/Blue

Black: a bitch to keep clean, but probably looks better than all if clean/buffed.
Orange: No orange inserts, which is a big
Blue: No longer Arrival, not sure if I'd like the laser.

I love my black...but only the day I clean it. Anything more than 3 days without a wash, and I regret getting black. If I could have done it again I think I would have gone with Sunburst Orange.

hey same thing with me I had my cobalt Ls with the SS/Sc wing and I got pulled over on the second day I was supposdly going fast because the CHP had just got onto the freeway he was beside me first but then pulled back on my ass he said I was speeding because I had passed him up going crazy *overexagerrated* it was only by a little and he was riding my ass for a while till he decided to pull me over. He wasnt able to give me a ticket because my cousin is a CHP officer and familys get the CHP sticker on their drivers license so he asked about it. But I later on heard my cousin's lecture because the CHP told him I was going over 80 and pass him up and I had a lead foot. Just being a dick.... Oh well no ticket.

I have a laser blue SS/SC now its a nice color I do like the two tone sometimes its blue sometimes its a little purple and metallic flakes that are in the paint. But my first choice was Orange sunburst. I was thinking since I have light blue inserts in my car I would repaint it to get the ORange Sunburt color but im not sure. I was disappointed that the Sunburst Orange didnt have orange insurts but that can be done afterwards.

thats what i did and im very happy! ignore what the others say, orange is faster. less wind resistance and its a lighter (weight) paint

How is the orange when it comes to dirt/washing it? I know black is horrible when it comes to that, and I'm wondering how orange is, seems like it would be pretty good at hiding some dust/etc...

99% Positive on going Orange now.. about to get my 2007 SS/SC before they are even released too (and they DO come with recaro seats)

it hides the dirt pretty good, but i am constantly cleaning it anyways. im a freak about dust on the car.

First off, how can silver not even be an option on the poll, not nice. Anyways, when i saw my silver ss s/c with blue and black leather interior, i pretty much fell instantly in love. But color, is usually just a preference, but in the end its the car itself that really matters.
