Angry A cop hit me and took off wtf!!!!

So i was at Sams in Elizabethtown Ky. Getting some shiz and i parked right behind a police car "THINKING NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN". Well i get out back to my car from getting all the stuff i needed and i see the police car back up and hit my car. He looked back a couple times to see what happened and he took off. I wasnt at my car yet but i was waving my hand saying to my self you mother ****** lol. Well he just left and i didnt get a glance at his car number nor the license plate. My rear bumper had a couple scratches and some white paint..... And some more. Well i doubt i would have anything to prove to the police station since the chief of police isnt allowed near me (He had issues with my supra blowing flameS out. So when i would start IT on my own property he would give me citations and ect). So i just buffed the bumper and all the scratches are gone thank god. BUT REALLY WTF..I hate police officers that are like this lol. But i guess hes human!!

Their cameras are always on btw.... you can call dispatch and find out which officers were in that area around that time...

Have them pull the cameras... And they have them facing backwards too

You still could've reported it, you don't have to see the police chief, and in most areas you wouldn't anyways.

LOL there was no cameras there i asked. In fact there statement was " Sir where you were parked the camera or cameras dont point there" i asked if the had a view of the police car and they said he went through the back which is true and there are no (TRUE) CAMERAS... The police officer was not on duty cuz i seen him walk out before i did in civilian clothes. I could have reported it, but Elizabethtown is the # 1 corrupt police department in KY. It is kinda bull because its almost every year elizabethtown police department is in the news or somthing saying a police officer or a few have been growning pot, stealing money, drinking on the job, blah blah blah.. The reason the cheif cant come close to me is I filed charges against him for harrasment. So i assumed if i did file somthing, there would be nothing the next day or after that was getting done.

But yeah i was in the same boat as both of you

I had a cop side swipe my car by changing lanes into me, then when we pulled over he got out and was like you hit me. You could clearly see from the damage on my car that his turned wheel dug into my passenger door and left rubber swirl marks. Then the ***** tried calling his partner out to do the police report. I was like uh no im calling it in. They were then like oh were gona call this a no fault accident i was pissed.

This is part of the problem.
Too many people think and hold the police as being infallable.
So when they do things that show that they are just as human
and mistake prone as the rest of us, people have a hard time
beleiveing it. This allows them to get away with way too much
crap, without any check and balance system in place for them.

I mean think about it.
They write you a cititation for something. If it's ever your word against
the cop's the judge will always 100% believe the cop, simply because
he's a cop. Also, if you are found 'guilty' of the citation when going to
court, no matter how bullshit, the money you pay in the fine, goes to
the same pool of money that is used to pay the police and the judge
and other things in that community. With me, this raises BIG conflict
of interest issues.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a cop hater, but I'm not one of those
people who thinks police are perfect.

I agree with that! I was at a buddy's house and parked across the street infront of a cops house and he told me to move my car and i said no and he threatened to give me a ticket. a couple days later i was there and parked in the same spot and we were drinking and he knew i was drunk so he told me to move my car or he would have it towed. i told him it was a public street and basically to **** off...my buddy went and moved my car and the cop told him that if i would have moved it he would have called me in for a dui....******

yeah i did. question though....the battery was dead at the dealer so wouldn't that have reset the ecu? i just cleaned the maf like monday....it's installed correctly with the meter facing the filter. i was looking at the logs and it didn't seem boost related as the fluctuations occurred very randomly.

i wanna get this fixed and get it tuned again....only got like 200 miles left on break in

What happened afterward? I'm left in suspense here! LOL
Did they get away with a "no fault accident"?

this is why I hate police. they are above everyone else as far as the law goes. They can do anything they want and not get in trouble. it is illegal to defend yourself against them even if they are the one doing wrong.

A police officer is the very last person on this earth that i would ever trust. They are not your friends, and they are out to get you no matter how much of your friend they pretend to be. I would absolutely certainly never be friends with anyone who is a cop. horrible idea for anyone. as soon as you get in an argument (most likely you will because cops cant stand being corrected... thats why they are cops cuz they dont want to be bullied), they can ruin your entire life. If you want to be safe from them, the number one rule is to just stay away from them as much as possible, and never trust them. Let them know as little about you, your family, and your life as possible. Teach your kids that cops are not to be trusted. The common conception is that they are peacekeepers, but they are completely the opposite, and they get paid to do it.

wow

If your not breaking the law theres no reason NOT to trust cops. If you live your everyday life obeying the law your not going to have any issues... No matter what anyone says, cops dont just do stuff for no reason, you clearly did SOMETHING to get there attention.

do you have any idea how many innocent people are arrested because a cop tricked them into saying something? Cops are trained to lie to people and play with words to get people to say what they want. That is why it is always best to stay silent, and talk to them as little as possible.
