I was just curious for all of you guys who turbod your lsj yourselves without buying a kit, how much did you all spend for you whole set up? I would like to do a budget turbo swap over this coming summer and wanted to get some input on it

 

My buddy tried this.
He wasted some cash trying to do his own piping. Having it all welded, rolled, and buying up the things you need for sensors along with the discount intercooler netted him pile of scrap. He ended up buying premade stuff.

You can pick and choose on some used intercoolers, turbos, lines, etc., but I would buy stuff already made for the car instead of trying to fab your own stuff unless you are a fabricater lol
