IMO, the easiest and cheapest is to swap trunk lids with someone that wants a low pro. if you take the wing off it'll cost you a good $300 to have the holes properly welded shut and then the lid repainted. unless you swap the wing alone for a high rise, but not many peeps go from high rise to low pro without also adding cash on the deal. you will find that it is very had to find someone willing to trade their high wing for the low wing unless you get lucky. also imo, the ss high rise wing doesn't look right on a base model. you'd be better to go wingless or keep what you got.

not being able to spend countless $$ on a car is understandable, it just means you have to be a little more innovative and creative with what you have at hand.
check out the how-to section. you'll learn a lot and possibly spark your own idea. if you do, document it with pics if possible and post up about it.
plus there a are a ton of things out there that are reasonably inexpensive and make a difference. browse through the vendors here and you'll find something.
you want something different? check this **** out...crazy. not a vendor here just some random thing i found.

Put a huge autozone wing on it and one of those mock air cleaners like that dude in the blue 350z with the "k&m supercharger"

For the time being, I have decided not to touch it, that way there is some re-sale value for everything else. Maybe when I get out of school I will decide to do something creative. but for now I'm going to leave it as stock as possible.

I agree with Fresh. Unfortunately that particular shade of blue screams "rental car" to me so I think you've got a real struggle to make that car look like its not right off the Avis lot.

lol looks like a new paint job is in the near future. Anyone know who has a good but reasonable pain shop in Sacramento
plus they don't pre-paint accessories in that color.

There's nothing wrong with blue granite metallic. Check out shortyhend2004's Balt. That is one sweet ride.
Leave the low pro wing, tint the tail lights, put some vinyl on it, get off steelies if that's what your balt came with, and lower it. You can sometimes find cheap halos on ebay or in the classifieds here. Shouldn't cost you more than a couple hundred dollars if you are patient and willing to put some work into the car yourself, and will make it look much more "personal."
I'm in the process of doing this myself. I picked up four 16-inch gunmetal 4x100 rims off craigslist for less than $100. And they look pretty damn good.

you can get vinyl eyelids for the head lights or paint them on, and you could wrap your interior dash pieces with vinyl, among other things. i chose paint. cheaper & easier. oh, and you could buy my MOMO shift knob! check my sig.
