Do you like my muffler tip?

Ok so i just got the gmpp exhaust and i didnt feel like paying 70 bucks for a damn muffler tip from chevy, so i went to the auto parts store and saw what they had there. I was between two tips, the one on my car and one that is slightly bigger. After putting it on my car i think the smaller one looks awkward and i think im going to go exchange it for the bigger one. What do you think? Not too bad for a 20 dollar tip.

I'd have gone bigger due to the HUGE opening in the bumper fascia. That looks like a pea shooter IMO.

buy a dual-walled 4 in tip. Not a thin fart can tip....but a thick walled 4 in. It will look like the gmpp tip but cost half!

i like the style tho, not that thin rice exhaust style, they have good styled tips but just a tad small but i think the main concern here is how the hell does it sound? man i wish i could get an exhaust

how does it sound? amazing i love the gmpp catback with my zzp dp, big upgrade from the ark catback i used to have. So i guess i found a decent substitute to the over priced gmpp tip.

You need a 5" tip mun. That way when it gets really hot it melts the bumper and that gives you a sporty 10000000000000000whp.

I say maybe 1/2-3/4" bigger tip.

Check mine out. It is a 4in tip. Fits just right with plenty of room so as not to disturb the bumper.

I hate that tip... It looks just as bad as a stock ls tip... Get a tip that is dual-walled (double-walled), 4.5"-5" & angled...

Mine is angled, but it is almost impossible to tell that in my pics.

I started with a 3" and went to a 4" just cause I thought it looked too tiny. The 4" also sounded better too, a little lower but it's also resonated. I have a vid showing both if your interested.
