Does Fuel Injector Cleaner really work?

I just bought a bottle today and wondered if it really worked. I always used it in my old ranger and i thought it made a difference, but it could have just been in my head... Do you guys think it really works?

pretty much you get what you pay for, seafoam is the ****, about 10 dollars a bottle, it cleans every thing not just fuel injectors, that cheap crap they sell for 2 to 5 dollars dose nothing enless you use it in a treatment session witch will cost more then the seafoam

It works. Just...depends on how "clean" your injectors are

Edit: not necessarily the walmart stuff
