In that case you file a police report if he's being an uncooperative dick. Reports are a great tool for determining liability when it's word vs word. Most legit people won't get police involved just to lie to them.

Was scrolling through this thread, just realizing its a year old now. What I want to know is were the op parked in myrtle beach. I went to north myrtle a few months back and was so happy we had my lady's car. The condo and just about every other place would have destroyed my front bumper and I'm stock height.
