We got 2 2006 SS Cobalt non SC in today.. Had to go and drive and compaire against my SS/SC. Has the ls/lt rear wing, 17in wheels, 4 wheel discs, 5 speed (not the short throw
SS/SC and the non insert type seats. The instrument cluster is nice - white back and 140 mph. The car performs well. Big jump from the 2.2 but not as strong as the SC by a long shot. Loves to rev and would be a great engine with a turbo (in my opinion). The sticker was more than my ss/sc ($22,000).
In all a pretty nice car but i still like my SS/SC alot more!

HA!!! I knew it came with a 5-speed! The boys at a focus forum were all against me, telling me they only come in auto.

I can't believe they're selling them at the same price as the s/c
