What is a dual pass endplate and what is its function?

allows more coolant to pass through the intake manifold and in turn cooling your IAT2's down

^what he said. The stock one has two holes, and the upgraded one has three. People usually install them when downsizing their supercharger pulley to compensate for the higher temperatures.
