Dying of spring mod fever!

So whos with me here?

I got very good tax check this year and wanted to get a few things done to my car, i have no garage now and im the process of moving as well as working 60hrs a week and supporting 2 kids, I have ZERO time for mods and its killing me. So ive ordered a bunch of stuff thats piling up that i wont be able to get a crack at until the 3rd week of March when i move into the new house WITH A GARAGE!!! So god damn excited to finally have one.

Who else is in a similar situation where your waiting to do spring/summer mods? (most due to weather I assume)

Ive got:

FE5 Struts/Shocks
FE5 Endlinks
Tsudo Exhaust
K&N Intake
2.2/2.4 Manifold Upgrade
Jensen UV8 Single din DVD
Pioneer 6.5's/Kenwood 6x9's
2 12" MTX Magnum knock offs w 1000w amp
FXR Retros
Blue LED Speeo Cluster
Blue LED HVAC Cluster

Some of this i just bought the other day and is being shipped but most are accumulated in my backseat/trunk/basement. nothings installed yet. I might get a chance to install the fe5 stuff tomorrow and possibly the exhaust, most the other stuff is going to wait until march/april

If you are up for a drive, I'm holding a Mod day at my garage (March 31) so if you are interested in coming just let me know. We will have plenty of hands available and more than enough tools to take down and rebuild any car lol.

i still havent heard final details for saturday, however i work till 6pm. Whatever it will be ill just be stopping by quick, my daughter was born on Thursday and i really shouldnt be out at a car meet/bar, if I were being responsible. Although a little hour or two wont hurt.

and lowell is about 2hr 15 min for me. not too bad.

Ya I read that thread last week! Def congrats on the new born. If you don't make it out this Saturday definitely don't sweat it. I know I'm going to be spending pretty much the entire day in the area so even if its for a few mins just to say hi and chat, it will be cool.

Definitely! If you want to come up and meet the rest of the MA guys you are more than welcome! As I said before it March 31 at my place in Lowell. We are doing pretty much anything and everything up there. Im putting on my own stage kit I pieced together and getting tuned so if you need a tune I will have a HP tuner available. All tools will pretty much available for anything that comes my way. There's gonna be no charge to come up and use the place and tools. Just bring the parts and be there early especially if you are wanting to get a tune.

Please join this thread https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/nort...7/index18.html for all the info and updates on the meets. There will be two mod meets that day. One will be in MA for most of the local guys and the NH guys wanted to do one in dover so they will be doing one up there.

I can't wait for Friday to get here so I can keep modding. Decent weather here in Bama, plus a heated garage.

mod fever: I'm looking at pricing for a catted dp, charge piping, intercooler, Aeroforce gauge.... then getting the tune.

And I'm still thinking of getting funny and putting LS emblems on my 09 SS/TC sedan..... sleeper mod.

does the inside of your cobalt look like this:

in the car fe5 package, intake, intake manifold, gauges, b&m shift plus, led interior glow kit and a few other things, in the process of moving and have no storage space, this is REAL SPRING MOD FEVER!

Looks like my car a few weeks ago when the S256ET kit was across the back seat!
