i think fraziers will dyno more as he racks up miles...I know mine felt slow until about 4k then it felt like a whole new car.

Nice numbers...i need to go redyno with my new tune

True...look at the long term tests in any of the major auto mags - you'll see a strong consistency of cars putting out better numbers all around at 20k, 30k, 40k miles than brand new.

FastSS06 what gear did you do your pull in. Those are really good numbers. Ive seen the stage 2 with intake and exhaust dyno in at about the same. Thats really sad for gm, if you can make the same numbers without the injectors or reflash.

runs should be run in 3rd...weve proven that 3 and 4 are within 2 hp of one another and 3rd means u dont have to go to 140...which no one does

I was reading on the intense web site and they recomended only to dyno in 2nd gear. Why do they say 2nd and every one else says 3rd?

oh i see. But is what i still don't understand is fastSS06 numbers, those are really good for just bolt-on's ( about 290hp to the crank). Is what gets me is even the intense stage 3 only dyno's in at 255whp. not even 10hp for a tuned PCM and Injectors. Seems like almost a waste of money, when you could put that toward something els and gain even more hp.

On the way back I got into a little fender bender too guys ******* cavvy slammed on his breaks and I just slid right into him, cheap ass tires, lol. From the looks of it all I need is a new bumper + front grille. Im just glad the hood wasnt even touched cause I know that sucker is pricey. All I can say is there goes my intake money again...

No, INTENSE's stage 3 does not dyno only 255whp. It says that on the site to be CONSERVATIVE. Rob put down like 268whp or somthing close with the old stage 3 that didn't have pcm tuning. Also, injectors aren't going to add horsepower. They're only going to allow you to make more horsepower. His numbers are good, in fact all of them are. Every car is different, and I can be confident that he'll gain more than 10hp with a custom tune. Wsfrazier, I don't know how you tied a 2.4 with 41 more horsepower and 34 foot lbs of torque more AT THE WHEELS. Sorry to hear about your fender bender.

I dunno. The car is perfectly dirveable. It just looks like **** with the bumper dented and shifted up. It will come down to how bored I get tomorrow, this is my only car ATM so I would have to bring it. I don't want to look like an ass with a busted SS showing off, lol. I will get pics up in a minute.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but here are some pics I took at the scene with my phone. No one was hurt or anything, just a little love tap. I was very surprised at how badly the breaks and tires held. I wasn't even going fast and they just slid like ice, never gripped once. Sure felt the ABS though. The hood looks damaged but its not, the bumper is actually raised a bit now so it's pushing up on the hood. The support arm that was behind the bumper is totally bent in, but I can't tell if it pressed in on the radiator at all. You guys can take a look and poke fun at me tomorrow.

How can you say that injectors won't make any hp. I could see that with a stock car but one with a cai and 2.9 pulley is probley running a little lean and with the larger injectors the car will be getting the amount of fuel needed for the added boost......hence making more hp.

Actually I believe Dave said he was still running a little rich, I can't really see on those graphs.

If he is still running a little rich than why would for example the gm stage 1 come with injectors, than it would run super rich. They clame a 30 hp gain, and theres no way all that hp is gaind through a reflash an the injectors do nothing but make you run really rich.

He is running a little lean. So in his case injectors would increase his hp.
