well shes not really my sister..close family friend who lends me money

but yeah shes 22 lives on her own and has a ss/sc...who i mite add works for my dad (no sexual jokes please..trust me i get em all)

funny story..she broke up with her old boyfriend awhile ago and wanted to hit a night on the town so i invited her to cruise night with the cobalts, she came out..meet a guy (who i happened to know) who also drives a cobalt and is a memeber of this forums (so is she) and they fell madly in love and have had a good relasionship since...yuup..thats why they call me the matchmaker with no match!

the 1st week of driving a stick for my 1st time in the cobalt SUCKED!! killing/over revving it in front of 2 cops on a busy road w/ friends in the car.

yeah the worst is when we pull into boston pizza near where all the ricers hang out..but i get some sort of persona (SP) that im sleeper ..so atleast i got the ricers who try to be sleepers respect

first week of me learning stick i squeeld out hard infront of a cop..he started following me so i "Stalled" the car to make myself look like a ***

 

so.....i made the shorty antenna which reminds me i need to add that to the list lol

this reminds me of another embarrising moment..

i went to pick up a girl for a date in my 87 celica...lets just say..weeks later i upgraded to the cobalt..

i love that about orange, its harder to see dirt on it, but then again, once you can see it its really really bad. i love your new car though

anyway someone help us get back on topic with an embarrassing story in/about your car

are you serious?? i only washed mine like twice during the summer cause it didn't get dirty at all, the rims however get dirty very fast

 

ive got another one.... when i first bought the car I got in it to leave the car lot and couldnt get it into reverse. I didnt know the lockout thing... it was embarrassing.

 

i know a embarrassing moment but it wasnt me...when i had to get my windshield replaced on my first cobalt...the lady just finished and she couldnt get it to start.(she didnt push clutch in all the way)..so she came to me in the waiting room and said i cant get ur car to start..so i go in their and start it..her face turned red lol..so i get out to go back to the waiting room..then she comes back to me and says i cant get it in reverse

 

hey thats me!!

but anyways, my embarrasing moment, is that i swerved to miss a deer on the highway and hit the ditch... still to this day i get bugged about it
at least now i got a new car... i love being able to see out my back window but i do have pretty bad wing envy!!

 

I have 3 moments...

After sweet-talking the dealer into letting me have a full day test drive (i was only 17 at the time) I get into the cobalt and try to put it in reverse. and sit there for 5 minutes trying. so i go inside and the guy walks out i tell him whats going on and he just pulls up the little lever and puts it in reverse.

Looks at me and just shakes his head like wow.....


Second. I am leaving school and a car full of the most extremely hot chicks from my school pull up next to me at a stoplight, after talking the light is green and they floor it, So i go to catch up and miss second right next to them.......they just laugh and drive away.


Third, I am on a date and i come to a stoplight right next to a WRX and he was revving up. And she is like "are you going to race him" So i was like oh yeah of course,, im acting all cool like i do this all the time. Light turns green he is gone and i am sitting at the green light not moving, due to me killing it on the line. she is like "why isn't the car moving?" so i say "shes been doin this lately, gotta bring it in to the dealer to get it checked out" ahahaha
