yea i was just thinking about this i think we should start getting people together that are gonna go we are gonna need appointed people to start taking care of funds for this stuff that we need.
ie the track and hotels and maybe getting shirts made and the cost of funds for like foods and stuff
i think if we get enough vendors to show we can get them to buy like dogs and burgers and **** then someone who lives in the area here the track is can get us a discounted price for entrance for the track and autox track.
but i know how flakey you people are so we need a CONFIRMED list of how many people are actually gonna show up. i dont want to do all this work again and no one comes and this isnt a small meet this **** is world wide.

I'm still up for it, but money, time off, distance and knowing I wouldn't come back with any money doesn't make me want to go to it anymore. This would be a NICE meet though!
