most of the cobalt sites are owned by ppl that sell parts.
i believe i know who owns this one, even tho whois says a company
guaranteeing privacy registered it on the site owners behalf. almost untraceable without court order.
this one seems the most active.

 

It's completely traceable. I know somebody who could do it in 2 minutes.

 

The reason the stars showed up is becuase that is a competitors website, and this thread will be locked
