front engine mount keeps coming loose

k so i didn't know what section to put this into cause its not suspension but its SORTA engine, but any way i had a rattle coming from upfront and i was doing an oil change a few months ago and my dad noticed that the front engine mount was like completely loose and the bolt was basically ready to fall out it was probably being held in by like 1 thread or something..so i tightened it up thinking it would be ok..few weeks later same thing just i didn't let it get as bad cause i knew it could be a potential problem. any way so i go to look at it 2 or 3 days ago..and the f'n thing is lose again however the bolt isn't even able ot be hand tightened in so now i dunno what to think..its really annoying to have to go under the hood and try and tighten it up again when you know it shouldn't be loosening really in the first place..any ideas of why its loosening on its own? (front mount engine side not the subframe side)

*Note to all* = CHECK UR FRONT MOTOR MOUNTS IF YOU HEAR A RATTLE UP-FRONT AND CAN'T FIND ANYTHING!

My first sugestion is always do to a qualified technician and have it checked out. I see these things happen all the time. They just vibrate, you hit pot holes, take sharp turns, your shocks wear and cause excessive movement, thus causing loosening of the motor mounts or warpage. There are a list of things that could be the culprit so just have a technican check it out and get it fixed.
