ok to start off im kinda new here i was previously known as L82 vette but scince i wasnt able to register with the site i could not start new posts so i just made a new one
now on to the story

so my phone rings at 6 am this morning, its my friend tellin me to get the f@#% outta bed that were going drifting. after all the stories iv heard about ss/sc balts sucking ass in the snow i was a little nervous about going out bc the roads havent been plowed yet. so me and a few buddys find a nice open parking lot and just go crazy the lot was probably like 300ft long on all sids, so we had alota room. we have 5 cars all drifting around this parking lot it as crazy, the cars were my 06ss/sc balt, a mid 90s v6 mustang, 92 eagle talon tsi awd, 05 mazda 3, and a 05 chevy silverado dually. we were haveing drifting and doughnut compatitions and we took alota of vidio ill try to get it up later. we even did drag racing hahaha of course the talon kicked every ones ass but it was still fun as hell

i also wanna say the my balt wasnt that bad in the snow i was haveing some traction issues but nothing to serious

 

never done it myself but it must be fun....let see them vids

 

lol thats awsome to bad you dident have your vette then it would have really been fun drifting that welcome to the site

 

i woulda loved to have the vette but its a 1978 in nearly mint condition and it was my grandpas i would feel bad if i went out and somethin bad happend to it. but the drifting in fwd car isnt all that great either ya gotta wip it around hard and pull the ebrake the just hope you can keep the slid going. i gotta talk to my friend about gettint the vidio
