GMPP exhaust is made by Borla.
Prices are all US dollars, both parts and shipping.

I don't have flow rates but here is a link that might help you with some of your questions.

https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/dyno-results-170/my-gmpp-catback-dyno-results-32554/

I can measure the 17802060 this week and let you know if it will fit.

The size of the pipe varries depending on where you measure it on the system. Don't get too hung up on the size, all of the systems have been tuned for performance.

Plus, it looks so good you'll stand in front of your car and stare at it for hours. Your neighbors will think there's something wrong with you.

only reason i ask for the tip size is cause i live in Bramton (Peel Region) and if anyone that lives here knows, COPS ARE ******* **** SUCKING ******!!!

ive been pulled over for a 4" tip with the grand am when i had my magnaflow system on it, i'd rather not have anything larger than my 3.5" tip ,

i just really want it to say pontiac cause i have a g5 and it would make it look stock, so that if i ever get pulled over i could say it came that way lol, plus i would have the receipt for it, saying its a gm part

If you're worried about warranty -- talk with your dealer's service manager. Before I started putting the GMPP mods on I talked to my service manager to confirm that my Cobalt's warranty would stay intact. Communication beforehand will help should you need warranty work later (I haven't). The only difficulty in putting on the GMPP exhaust is having to cut apart the original exhaust system to remove it. The GMPP exhaust comes in three sections for easy install -- I did it with my Cobalt on jackstands. A lift would make it even easier. Don't forget to get the GMPP exhaust tip (angle or straight cut) -- I couldn't find an aftermarket exhaust tips that fits as well.

i know a good meineki around me. they did a custom exhaust for my friends mustang. maybe ill see how much they want to install it. at least it would give me some peice of mind.

It's too bad that you have a difficult dealer. Have you tried any other dealerships? You may save money if you get a GMPP exhaust and install it yourself -- won't have to pay for labor. My local Meineke's quote was to darned much for a custom single exhaust.
