You filing it on insurance?

What all is messed up? Hood and front bumper I suppose? The 2.4 or G5 front bumper looks really good and clean.

GM also makes a lip kit that fits the "base" models... looks pretty good.

Let's see...

All Cobalt/G5 front bumpers are interchangable... any of them will fit on your car... just depends on what you are after.

Seeing as you don't currently have any kind of lip on it right now... I'd go with the 2.4 or G5 bumper.

If you want to do a full lip kit on the car I'd go with the GM after-factory one... the one made for the base model Cobalts. The SS/SC kit looks nice... but there are enough SS/SC's out on the road already. Go for your own look... something different.

Also... if your hood is fuxed... look into an aftermarket hood. Your ins. company should just cut you a check for the damages... so you can use the money for anything you like.

the rear "bumper" is just a lip that mounts up to the rear bumper.

Or do you want the full SS/SC kit?

there are pics on here somewhere of a black Cobalt coupe with the GM lip kit. Looks good to me. And stock SS/SC springs would definately help your look.
