haha yesterday i rotated my tires went out for a little bit then came home had to take all the tires off again and then pain them.
Didn't take but 45 mins to an hour maybe to do it all
superchargers sound better but TURBOS ARE SO MUCH FASTER!!!!! haha. i have been so tempted to do the turbo upgrade but i cant cuz my nova is the main race car lol. ugh, sucks having two play cars.
and yeah, once i get working idk if i wanna try to build this car or get me a big v8 haha
im not sure on the price of how much it is to do the swap, but the dude i bought my hood off of told me he had about 3k invested into his lsj and he was barely at 300whp. i spent like 1800 on bolt ons and tune and made 310whp and 385wtq
Haha i know exactly what you mean. Unless im taking off from a stop and will be shifting into 2nd, i dont take first gear past 10mph xD
yeah but idk, what i plan on doing now once i get working is, since now i don't need to get a loan for a car I'm going to get a 5-7000 loan and put all that money into this car haha
listen to the man lol. no matter how much you put into a car, dont ever expect to get it back. NEVER! and honestly, to dump that much into a FWD car......its wasteful. RWD is really the way to go if u wanna go fast. my cobalt is just a DD to have fun with and beat up on V8s every once and a while. if you wanna spend that kinda money on a car, dump it into something else imo.

Im going to keep the cobalt for a DD and try to find me a just a motor and slowly build it over winter and then find me a car to put it in next spring or summer. at least thats kinda the goal right now.
yeah i probably will. I want to build a dodge, cause honestly dodge is my all time favorite brand but they don't have cars really. like 2door fast cars.

not to mention dodge transmissions are horrible and they guzzle gas. vette's are good, but wat i mean is find an old muscle car to build up. check out racingjunk.com though. they have all sorts of stuff between fully restored cars, to ones that need to be completely restored. good place to start.
Thats what i plan to build with my dad sometime he has a 90 ram charger 6in lift we restored
On that clear thing you look at to make sure the inner cooler pump is working, at the top of it by the cap there is a spot for a drain hose. Mine doesn't have the hose. Does it hurt anything with out having the hose on there? It seems like it wouldn't have the pressure it needs or something
yeah, i got a question tho!

Ok good!
to go along with that, I'm told that you're supposed to see flupid flowing thru that to make sure the i/c pump is working.
I start the car and maybe 10-15 seconds later fluid starts flowing is that also normal?
