got a quick question about brakes
How many miles?
I'm sure you know already, but if the rotors are warped you will feel a surging when you hit the brakes.
You don't need to replace them unless they are warped or deeply grooved. Even then you may be able to get them turned to save some money.
I'd check into Hawk pads. They are supposed to stop better and wear the rotors less than stock pads.
And if you need to replace the rotors, CED has all 4 drilled/slotted, for something like $300. Last time I checked the stock rotors were more than that.
