It's nothing big but, I thought it was funny for that fact that the cop wrote "CAVALIER" for the make of vehicle on the ticket and the wrong year....Rookies

That sucks, because Cobalts look GREAT with tint. Especially black coupes.

 

I don't know how well that will work since my info is on the ticket even if its wrong.
Anyone gotten out of a ticket because of misinformation? It's not really a big deal, I'll pay the ticket because I'm not changing my tint.

 

well in new york if they do that you can fight the ticket an tell them its not your car.. an the ticket gets dropped... just dont drive your car to the courthouse... lol

Ya I did'nt make it the first time to the Courthouse to pay my ticket..I rearended a girl in an accord The cop handling the accident was cool about it when I explained it to him plus he did'nt take me to jail.

 

Well I don't feel alone, I got a ticket last thursday night on the way home from work for tinted windows also and no front plate. he also said it looked like I was speeding but instead he is only going to give me the fix it ticket. The last thing he said was nice car. I told him yeah, until I pull the tint off. But it will go back on just a shade lighter and my ticket isn't due til April 24th so it will come off on the 20th be back on in a week. It just looks better tinted

 

I was doing 50 in a 40 but he just gave me the fix it also.Here you can get away with 10 over and not get a ticket but it was the 30th of the month so you know they got to make their quota for the month.

actually (looking at an illegal u-turn ticket i got a couple days ago), on my ticket it doesn't say type at all.
well sorta...
it says its a 2006 "CHE" and under type or body style it says "2D"

ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THE 2D IS??

but i mean it doesn't even say what kind of car on the ticket.
