Grill Advice

Should I leave it as it is and just shave off the tabs?

Or should I go with a billet grill.

Keep in mind that I will be painting the SS vanity plate black and yellow soon.

What do you think?

Nice G5MIKE.
That grill is bad a$$.

I kinda like the look of no grill, but that center piece with the bowtie is super flimsy with the grill removed.
BTW, is ebay the only place to get the billet grill, or are there other places that sell them for the cobalt?

go billet not only because it looks badass but because you need something their to protect your ac condenser from rocks and debris.

you could also do custom mesh, like i did.

Yeah, I've seen your how to thread on that.
It looks nice but it's doesn't stand out as much as I would like.
Who knows, I may end up doing that instead if the billet is too pricey.

Just FYI.. a company called Carriage Works makes black billet grilles for us. I haven't seen anyone with one installed yet... but I have gotten the part number for one from Carriage Works so I know it exists... none of our wonderful supporting vendors seem to carry it though.
