so i bought a sc from this guy for 240$ shipped and he never sent me the blower or refunded me my money and its been a month and wont reply to me. would really like to see this guy kicked off the forums

Dispute it !!

 

So, you bought from someone with the tag name "gunnerboy" but sent the money to Brittany?

 

dispute it with paypal and dispute the charges with your credit card. luckily you paid with your credit card so more than likely you are going to get your money back

Y is it everytime someone gets scamed, they end up paying as a gift. People dont learn

 

never ever send money as a gift. call ur credit card company as paypal isnt going to do anything but ur credit card company should help u.

 

i bought lights off him and they were broke and it took awhile for him to refund my money or else i would have opened a dispute also on paypal

 

well i have gifted a lot of people money and have always got my parts but ya i can probably go into my bank and fight it

 

As long as you didn't send the money as a gift, you should get it back through paypal.

But you have to act on it, they aren't going to magically give you your money back.

Edit: Saw you gave it as a gift, its worth a try to contact paypal but never ever send money as a gift to a stranger.

People try to use the excuse to send as a gift so I don't have to pay paypal fees, but they can easily figure up the fee and add it to the total cost, so you can pay for goods.

 

i bought my intake tube and send $80 as a gift and he mailed it and gave me a tracking # the same day...lol

 

People keep getting scammed, cause people never learn.
